• Viscosity: 1,100,000 – 1,500,000 cP @ 25°C

• Density: 1.30 ± 0.05 g/cm³

• Curing Temp & Time: 160°C for a minimum of 1.5 minutes

• Recommended Mesh Count: 77

• Squeegee Hardness: 67–70 Shore (V-type squeegee)

🧴 Application Tips:

• Stir thoroughly before use.

• For polyester fabrics prone to dye migration, use NF 63 Anti Migration Base-PL as an underbase.

• To reduce viscosity, use NF 55 Regulator-PL (1-3%). Do not dilute with water.

• Clean screens with thinner immediately after printing.
